    Do you have recipes on "how to cook fish"? I am looking for more fish recipes, and take a little break from a lot of chicken. I only like red snapper, fillet of sole and maybe tilapia. Thank you sir!

    I don't have orange marmalade but I'm going to bake mine and toss with sriracha and apricot preserves, soy sauce and rice vinegar glaze.  I can't wait to see how they turn out.  Your wings look yummy.

    Have to make these. Comi Apartment doesn't let us barbecue so I'll have to try the oven but I think the sauce will make up for it.

    Omg, once again, Sir you are THE MAN!!! I made this tonight using quarters instead of wings, and it was Amazing. That orange marmalade sauce is out of this world. Do you have some secret huge vault of original Wolfe recipes intended to take over the world? Cuz that's what your doing to me..lol. Tomorrow night we're doing your Pork loin with spicy maple butter sauce.. Can't wait for that.. Thanks again bud, you rock my flavor world..
