    Hey! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan, but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

    a good documentary is suck fat and nearly dead. a suffering man goes on a sixty day juice fast helps him lose wieght and influence others to try out his new fast and share it with friends and family.

    I could not agree with you more any with regard to fasting. I know so many people recommend it, but it's always seemed extremely counter-intuitive to me. If we need to reup on our nutrients on a daily basis to skip an entire day or more does not seem smart to me. Like I say I've read a lot about it but to me I have to go with what feels right and what seems smart to me and what fits for my body. I got as far as a half a day and I just knew it was not the right thing to do so fasting for me at this point in time is a no go. You make sense. Your delivery is very very warm and sane unlike some on YouTube. I believe they know who they are, lol. Thank you.

    Hey Annie, I really enjoyed the recipe, thank you ! But I think you should read more about fasting and its incredible benefits on the general health of your body. Done with reason (for exemple several hours a day), it has so many good impacts, there is so many scientific surveys on it.

    Annie, with you living and promoting a healthy lifestyle and being a frequent traveler, I would be very interested in a video sharing about your travel routine.Do you pack heavy or light? How do you maintain this lifestyle on the go, especially in hotels and on airplanes. Additionally, how do you maintain this lifestyle when you are socializing and everyone else is eating differently?

    To reduce the pulp, you should invest in a Nutribullet. I juice all of my fruits and veggies in as whole a form as possible and yhere's no wastage.

    hi, thanks for your advice, I have a question. I don't usually eat a lot of vegetables. but in the last week a drink a lot of green smoothie and my skin (generally quiet clear) broke out, is that normal? (sorry if i made some mistake, english isn't my first language) bye and thanks again

    Hi Annie, every other knowledgeable source recommends drinking your green juices within 15 minutes after juicing because the oxidation of the vitamins and minerals diminishes the nutritional impact. The vitamin C in lemons would deteriorate as well, so I would really not tell your followers they can store their juice. Also, for someone who consumes meat and dairy, it might be a lot more beneficial to start with green smoothies for at least a month before doing juices only. The fresh load of nutrients will cause organs and other tissue to push toxins out and into the colon for elimination. The toxins need fiber to bind to and to be able to leave the body. Without fiber they will get re-absorbed into the bloodstream. Better start with smoothies!! Thanks for the video. :)
