@laura Love the cake and the flavor was amazing when I made it. Been watching your videos for years now and I just have one small question….I use an airfryer to bake everything and since there's not much space between the heating element and the baking pan, the cakes crack & have a crispier top when baked. Can you advise if i can use aluminum foil to cover the cake pan when baking and if that'll cause the cake to have a softer top?
