I just tried making these, I used 6 egg whites, which turned out to be 200 gr, not 275. it just turned into some gunk, so thick you need a spoon, and it isnt mixed at all

I made this recipe and put them in the freezer for about 2.5 hours. I ate 2 and they tasted good but after being in the fridge they melted to become a cold liquid. What did I do wrong? Do they have to stay in the freezer all the time? Please respond.

How long will these survive outside of the freezer?  I take it they will "melt" at room temperature.  Would like to take them in my lunch, but don't want to end up with a container of melted sludge.

derek you are a LIFE SAVER…these are absolutely delicious. made a batch for the first time tonight, took no time at all (the only time was waiting for them to freeze) and i swear they taste just like Reese's cups. keep up the awesome work!

Hey I tried these out and they tasted great! They're a little too cold for my liking after being in the freezer, can you store them in the refrigerator without having them melt? I just think they'd taste better if you're mouth wasn't so cold eating them!
