    Almond butter has zero omega3 compared to chia seeds, which have 4 TIMES more omega3 than omega6. Look it up on nutritiondata.

    Since ybsaid almond butyer adds the sweetness' can i use anything to replace it,like honey? Or would it taste just as good without the almond butter

    you can try spinach (which is also a belly blaster veggie) ….2 cups spinach, 1 whole frozen banana(chopped) 1/2-1 cup almond milk( depending on how thick you like it, any milk is good fat free, rice, etc) and a tsp honey(optional)…. put all ingredients into blender and enjoy…its SOOO yummy.

    I've made similar smoothies before. They do help, and they taste good too. Don't let the kale scare you.
