this is the second video ive ever seen of yours and i'm sold. im never going to buy fried chicken again! im going to cook it myself for the rest of my life, i hate the oil/grease of it and how it makes me feel. your technique is literally going to change my life

Im trying corn meal for first time. I previously used flour and was good but a little soggy wih the wing sauce

Yes. Basically what happens during the cooking process is the fat renders into the 'coating' whatever it may be and somewhat fries it. So any coating will work. The key is letting it sit in the fridge to form a crust, otherwise the coating will fall off as the fat renders.
