Egg & Turkey stuffed Avocado / Aguacate relleno de Huevo y Tocino de Pavo



Ingredients for 2 servings: 1 Haas avocado; 2 eggs; 2 slices uncured, nitrate-free, natural turkey bacon (or turkey lunch meat). Eat with some toast (and more lean protein). Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes at 405F. Use foil or ramekins to prop up avocados while they bake. Approx macros for 1: 240 calories, 15g protein, 6g carbs, 17g fat

Ingredientes para 2 personas: 1 aguacate Haas; 2 huevos; 2 rebanadas tocino de pavo no curado, libre de nitratos, y natural. Comer con unas tostadas (y más proteína magra si deseas). Cocer en el horno durante 22-25 minutos a 405F. Use papel de aluminio o unos moldes para colocar los aguacates mientras que hornean.
