How much chicken (weight) if using breast pieces?
Is there any other way to cook this than baking it?

would you recommend adding some type of dry rub to the chicken before tossing the wings in the marinade?

I'm thinking about adding ginger and hot pepper flakes to the sauce mixture when I make this.

Hello. Thank you for the recipe. But I was wondering, you have not added any seasoning to the chicken. Is the Soya sauce salty nature enough to coat the chicken for required salt quantity?

If I'm using bone-in chicken thighs, which are bigger than wings, should I bake them a little longer than 30 min? If so, how long would you say I should bake? (I prefer bone-in to boneless because bone-in has more flavor)
