Are we allowed to chop the sausages up before we put them back into the mixture with the chicken stock?

If you think I'm a son of a bitch because my husband cooks for me, than I should welcome you to the 21st century before I tell you to go back to your little cave. Good bye!

There is this series called RAW in Ireland. It's about the lives of a restaurant staff. The Chef is Australian. Damon Gameau is the name of the actor who plays Geoff. All the bits with him and his boyfriend Pavel are on YT. But I saw the whole series on Netflix. I'd love to know your opinion of Geoff.

Something like, Bockwurst or Bratwurst would be good. After browning them up on a griddle pan & then simmering them in the sauce as David did. Enjoy Jess.

My mum used to make this a lot when I was a kid, but she'd cut up the sausages into the sauce.

Made these today and they were a huge success! Used chutney instead of jam and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Will make again.
