Welcome to a special SUPER SIZED episode of “The One Pot Chef” 🙂

Easy Beef Lasagne is a simplified, pantry-friendly version of the classic Italian dish. A meaty tomato sauce is combined with pasta and a deliciously creamy Béchamel cheese sauce to create a fantastic family favourite.

This version uses many pantry based ingredients, but their fresh alternatives can be substituted if you desire.

I've never thought about putting a bechamel (sp) sauce on top of lasagna. I always l layer ricotta and mozzarella, but I may have to give this a try. Looks delish!

I just made it, really really good! So rich that a small plate of it is already very satisfying..
I do have a question, though, how much (in weight) is 2 packets of lasagna pasta? Cuz even though mine was very delicious, it was a little watery so the shape didnt hold as I cuted it open..
