Baby carrots, golden beets, berries, pineapple, banana, Swiss chard, collard greens, cyto sport monster milk, chia seeds, organic golden flax seeds, pumpkin and sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, quinoa, orange juice or coconut water, BCAA’s, non-fat yogurt, local organic honey. Shake well! Grind and blend. Shake again. Blend. Done. Enjoy!

    This is his video & its his nutribullet, he can make it anyway he pleases. what I don't understand is why are adults fussing & calling people out of there names, all because of how somebody wants to make there nutribullet drink. smh

    I put kale, lettuce, spinach, banana, apple and oranges in mind, with water and ice but it doesn't tastes really good, it does come out green though which is good. What will make the shake taste good? Any suggestions?

    you lost me on the orange juice. Totally unnecessary sugar spike. Water or unsweetened coconut milk much better choice.

    this is over the top. people need to understand that the body can only absorbe so many nutrients …this should be like 4 servings through the day

    How about the GOLD RULE of 3 !!!! There are some 20+ items listed in your 'recipe' … health 'freaks' should know, this isn't a good idea … 🙂 Not to mention the devastating (for digestion) effect from mixing juicy fruits and seeds, of which not many people are aware !!!

    I love my bullet, i did see a piece of fruit at the bottom when you was finishing the blending. the soft green leaves goes in first then the hard fruit and veges,, then the liquids when you flip it over the hard stuff gets blended first, just to add to that, great vid!

    Great recipe except the oj. Use water or squeeze fresh oranges into with water. Wster is the best ingredient it attaches to the micro bodies and deliver to your entire system since ur 70% water anyways.

    Seems taste, but I'd say
    1. Don't fill it so full.
    2. Quinoa isn't a seed or nut, it's a grain and must be cooked.
    3. If you're not diabetic, eat as much sugar as you want. If you like the taste of orange juice, use it and don't listen to the rest of these clowns.
