Hmmm, parmesan and lemon are a marriage made in heaven! I have made something similar, but without the cream and using preserved lemons (both the skin and the flesh), lemon juice, olive oil (as the carrier for the sauce) and asparagus. Divine!

no…. they're really not. Stop looking at biased cancer freak research and look at real data, please. Just because some guy in 1913 said they were dangerous doesn't mean they are now. Aluminum cookware these days are treated to not let anything through, or coated with porcelain, which again, lets nothing leak out.
This culture of paranoia we seem to live in is perpetuated by ignorance. Be part of the solution, not the problem. 🙂

Low fat recipes/versions may be a good idea as many, many people are now so much more aware of their health (this is not a comment about your size). Heart disease is our number 1 killer.

Did you know that aluminum (aluminium) pans are banned in many countries because of their toxicity (cancer, alsymers, etc are all on the increase). So many people still don't know this, just thought I pass it on.

Damn that was good!! I didnt keep it on the dry saucepan for long i served it as a creamy dish not dry. I also experimented with the amount of lemon and found that two lemons (zest +juice) gives the fullest taste! Kuddos One pot chef!

Cooked this it was very nice. I cooked chicken breast in a pan/ when cooked put chicken on serving plates. Tiped cooked pasta and butter into the pan to give it more flavour. Tossed it and served it in a bowl over the chicken breast. Called it "Lemon Pasta Suprise" (Suprise being the chicken hidden underneath). Thanks for sharing this recipe 🙂

Thickened Cream = Whipping Cream. Sour Cream is different. I recommend using any cream suitable for whipping for this recipe 😉

It's best not to include the egg whites, otherwise you'll end up with a scrambled egg situation 😉
