Okay, this is genius in my opinion. I've never seen this recipe or anyone fix this before. I really like it. It's simple, fast and includes fish which I am trying to incorporate more of in our weekly family meals. Thanks One Pot Chef!

This is on the menu for this week! Sounds delucious!! The whole family loved your Tuna Mornay recipe, so I'm sure this one is going to become another favourite, especially with the potato gems on top, my 4y/o will LOVE me for it! Thanks David! Looking forward to your next one! πŸ˜‰

I don't understand stock? How did they use to make soup before that came around? How do vegetarians do? Is there a way around it? The concept of dehydrating and cramming food into a cube is too unnatural for my taste.

Not insulting anything, but the way you say the instruction is better then Nicko's one, cause Nicko's one keep shouting, and I keep need to lower the volume down. Btw, nice dish!

@dylandebbiesteph I used cheap frozen fillets which are about $10/kg here in Australia, but any cheap white fish will be fine πŸ˜‰

Fab dinner for a family living on a bufdget in the recession. I would never have thought of puttin the potatoe croquettes on top. Great idea, fast too! Gonna try this the weekend. I never buy fish, but now I will is that type of fish expensive? I know it would be relative to where I live, but still…..

I made this for dinner! With a few adjustments to make it healthier — and it came out AMAZING. Thanks for the idea! Here were my changes:

    1) Rather than potato gems, I cut up sweet potatoes into small pieces (white potato would work) and cooked them a bit before baking, to ensure they'd cook completely in oven.

    2) left out butter and used more olive oil instead (3 Tbs total)

    3) used fresh carrots, zuchinni. Brocolli would have been great too.

Not as quick, but nutrient-rich. Thanks again!
