This is a remake of my first ever cooking video. Creamy Chicken and Scone Bake is a quick to prepare main meal that is absolutely delicious. Roasted chicken is combined with herbs, spices and a can of soup. Topped with a herb-infused savoury scone mix and baked until golden, this dish is perfect for quick weekday dinners – give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

BASE:

1 Large Roasted Chicken (skin and bones removed, meat shredded)
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup of Chicken Stock (250ml)
1 Cup of Milk
1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs

TOPPING:

2 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1 Tablespoons of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs
Salt and Pepper
1 Egg
1-2 Cups of Milk

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes

SERVES 6 – 8

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
