INGREDIENT LIST:

500g Chicken Breast Fillet (sliced into small pieces)
1 Leek (pale section only, thinly sliced)
500g Fettuccine (cooked as per packet directions)
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (or 375ml Can of Evaporated Milk)
1 Bunch of Broccolini (about 200g)
1/4 Cup of Freshly Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (plus extra for garnish)
Salt and Pepper

    Dang, in order to make this I would have to use mascarpone, as there is no other cream available that isn't as runny as milk. If I added that much water to cream available here, it would be like American skim milk. It sometimes riles me that there are so many different types of creams and they are not available globally.

    +OnePotChef Just wondering, what is the difference between broccoli and broccolini, I have not tried broccolini, it is never at my store.

    I made this and it was the best pasta.I have ever cooked, SO delicious. And it took no time, the thing that took me the longest was cutting the chicken. Thanks so much for sharing, it was so delicious!

    Hi. I haven't heard of a vegetable "leek" here in the Philippines (Asia) would you suggest a substitute for that?
