    I'll bet this would work with lobster. Do you know that crab is more expensive here than the lobster? But I love crab so much maybe I will do them both 🙂 but I have to make the Swiss steak first.

    another great one!!! hah… I am guilty of enjoying some imitation crab meat/low fat mayo 'crab salad' …., but yeah no I gotchu' I promise if I make this i'll use real crab meat and regular mayo (I love cheese and seafood together) !!

    I think cheese could go with almost anything! Even seafood and Boo to imitation crab! Blah. But some people like it, or have to chose it, but for me I'd rather have the real crab. They look delicious Wolfe! TFS :D

    What really rags me out is that most of the seafood we see in supermarkets is from Indonesia and other Asian fisheries, when, as you said, we're surrounded by oceans. The SAME oceans. Local fish markets are the way to get away from it.

    I use Blue Plate. The word "Lite" is not allowed in my house, and if you showed up with Miracle Whip, you might get shot. LOL

    I could eat a platter of those, Larry, and if/when I can get my hands on some real Chesapeake Bay crab meat, I might just prove it.
