I'd love to see how you got the filled pie shell into the oven without spilling any. I've got a very stead hand & I found it impossible. I now fill it in the oven. No chance of spilling any. Great recipe

Hi, I have made so many of your recipes and they are amazing. Can you advise on how to make this recipe into mini tarts. My question is how much less baking time would I blind bake the crust and what would the time difference be for after I put in the filling?

I made it and it was delicious (actually the first time I don't mess a tart up). So I'm wondering if I could use the same recipe and make a raspberry one? Puree the raspberries instead of the juices of the citrus fruits, do you think that would work?

For everyone who likes a deep citrus flavour like me i recommend doubling the amount of lemon and orange 🙂 because when i tried it the texture was nice and creamy but i couldn't taste the tartness in general!

Try it again. My blind baking went horribly wrong (my theory maintains: my hoven hates me).

But the custard… Oh my god! It's so good! And the texture is amazing! Thank you for the recipe Laura. 🙂
