Chunky Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe – Laura Vitale – Laura in the Kitchen Episode 335



Ingredients:
1 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
½ tsp of Baking Soda
½ tsp of Salt
½ cup of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
½ cup of Granulated Sugar
½ cup of Brown Sugar
¾ cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
½ cup of Peanuts, coarsely chopped

    I made these cookies and they turned out great! Crispy edge and soft centre. My family loves them! I didn't use peanuts, though. And i only used a cup of chocolate chips because 2 seemed excessive. Thanks from KL!

    Slightly crunchy around the rim, soft and chewy all over, not too sweet even if you use milk chocolate chips… probably the best cookie I've ever tasted.

    Mine are in the oven and I can't wait! I did a few modifications…didn't have enough peanut butter so I added the rest of my cashew butter, didn't have a lot of chocolate chips so I added some cranberries and coconut flakes, no peanuts so in went pecans. I absolutely love your recipes. Thank you for making my blah afternoon a bit sweeter!

    Doh, I really don't like american recipes, all measures are different and it's twice harder for an european to converse all that ingredients.
