If you formed it into a long shape, then used the parchment to roll it up, a la sushi, it would be much easier and rounder, too. 😉

same here in Saudi Arabia but, we use cream rather than heavy cream .we called it the foil dessert because, we use it and not the parchment paper . we serve it with an Arabic coffee ^_^
