    Im so frustrated, tried to make pavlova for six times and I always failed
    mine always end up being soft and never get crispy at all T_T

    anyone can help??

    I made this and… OH MY GOD, like… the only way I can describe how it tastes is hot chocolate, with the whipped cream and stuff…..INCREDIBLE. I can see myself making this a lot in the winter, ( because I live in Canada and I always crave something chocolatey and decadent to get me through the cold harsh winters) so THANK YOU LAURA, you saved my life.

    Can't you just whip the vinegar, cocoa powder, and espresso in? Or do you have to fold it in? This looks DELICIOUS!
