    Did this, it was DELICIOUS from the first time! I didn't even had all the ingredients it's very simple and you literally can't miss…and the taste is incredible

    A great recipe, thanks chef. It always tastes better the next day when all the spices and flavours have mingled together.

    Another mistitled video. This is not what is normally referred to chile con carne in Mexico or the the south western U.S.
    You cannot use this recipe in Tameles or Burros.

    Good recipe. Very similar to mine. A nice ingredient is a tablespoon of grape jelly. It adds a subtle sweetness along with a teaspoon of Dutch cocoa.

    i had the dark choc ,then the red wine! threw the rest in the slow cooker and pissed off to the pub!! sorted.

    Frying pan idea is good, prevents the mince from stewing in it's own juices. The meat is seared thus more flavour.  Thanks Chef.

    If it's a 12 inch pan you could make the chili in it, maybe cutting down on your ingredients. Can you afford to buy a deep pot? That would be more beneficial to you than a frying pan.
