Chicken with Cashew Nuts is a delicious stir fry, inspired by my local Chinese restaurant. Tender slices of chicken breast are stir fried with vegetables, hokkien noodles and a scrumptious sauce. Quick enough for weeknight dinners and impressive enough to serve to friends, this dish will keep everyone happy – give it a go!

The babycorn thing at the end was so sinister it took me aback for a second! You should be in horror films, your voice is just perfect for the suave Dracula types. LOVE IT!

Try virgin coconut oil. It will add some flavor, and it is so much healthier then vegtable oil.

I just love your show. You convey to the viewer very basic, easy steps to make great food in a relatively short time. Once I graduate from college this May (I spend all of my time in the library or in a book at home), I plan to get my ass in the kitchen and try out a number of your recipes. 🙂

You can use soy sauce instead. It won't be exactly the same – but there isn't much that is close to Oyster Sauce 😉
