    i think the chicken is dry ,atleast put on microwave for 30sec ,cover it will be moist

    Hahahaha, you are such a food combiner when eating. That chicken looks dry in the end(maybe the camera) and most chicken kiev is always dry especially in Kiev or my grandma's kitchen. I know you tried to explain how to get it moist but there has to be a better way though I think you got it close here. Thanks for the recipe.
