INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

3 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (cut into strips)
2 Cups of Dry Breadcrumbs
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Cup of Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
1 Cup of Plain Flour
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
Spray Oil

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes + 30 minutes chilling time
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

MAKES ABOUT 15 STRIPS

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

    when i try to bake chicken like this with breading or shake and bake one side sticks and gets soggy what am i doing wrong and i do flip them half way threw.

    If you want to use fresh crumbs, you can dry them out a bit by placing them in a pan and lightly toasting them for a few minutes.

    Dry Breadcrumbs work best, as they make a nice crispy coating. You can use fresh breadcrumbs, but the coating will not be as crisp 😉

    plus this costs less the 3.22 , everyone has flour and eggs and you can make breadcrummbs by grating or food processor, all you need is chicken 🙂
