Do all americans make scones like this? Because I am from England and they look nothing like how we make them? They look a lot flatter, Just curious? ..

I use a food processor to rub the butter into the flour, it takes seconds and it's all perfectly blended. Then I just introduce the wet ingredients to the dry ones so I don't over mix. This makes the scones softer.
    And yeah orange cheese…lol

Will the bacon be overcooked since you already fried it, then baked it again? :0 If yes, is there any way to prevent over-cooking the bacon? Thanks! :)

Please, I hope you can respond. First I will describe myself as a biscuit snob. My mom spoiled me for any other biscuit. But, I heard that scones are great. So I went to an actual bakery, not a supermarket or supermarket bakery to buy one. I paid three something for something that tasted like a bad old biscuit. Is a scone what the Scots call a biscuit? Or is there a difference? And what would you say the difference is? Thank you. I love your recipes.
