    I just made these for my familys new years day dinner. I made extra caramel drizzle for people to pour more on their own squares if they wanted.

    @Laura Vitale, can you please do an episode for on Laura in the Kitchen for apple pie cheesecake mousse or an apple pie cheesecake for this winter season. You requested me to try your caramel apple cheesecake bars and it was so phenomenal and delicious. I brought it to my cousin's house a couple weeks ago and literally ALMOST everyone was asking me for the recipe because it was that impressive. I begging you to make either an apple pie cheesecake mousse or an apple pie cheesecake because I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to see your version of it so I can recreate it at home for this time for year. I want you to do me a favor to do an episode for it and make it as soon as possible if you can.

    made these over the weekend.. was out of oats so used what you get at the bottom of the mini frosted shredder wheat.. Super yummy!!!

    I make this every year for Thanksgiving! Except I make the cheesecake layer thicker! I use 3 packs of cream cheese and 3 eggs instead of the 2. Its always such a big hit!

    WOW!! Yumminess in a bar! These look so devine! I love the fall too Laura! I especially love to bake & I love to make the nice warm, filling comfort foods like beef stew, pot roast, roasted chicken, a big pot of homemade spaghetti sauce, all of the great foods you think of when the weather turns a little chilly.
