Just mayonaise is good? I guess not as good as your recipe, but acceptable if you don't want to spend time and effort.

I made these wings for my family tonight and they were very good, especially the sauce. Honestly, the sauce alone(taste test of course) was not knock you socks off great, but with the cajun flavors from the wings it was absolutely delicious. Also, this method of cooking wings is very nice as it uses quite a bit less oil than traditional pan or deep frying. Very good recipe, especially for those who like cajun style flavors. I highly recommend anyone trying and adding this to their wing recipe collection Thanks for the recipe!!!

Looks good.  How would you feel about browning the chicken in the pan and then baking them for a bit.  Maybe increase the tenderness of the wings??  Your sauce looks wonderful!!!

Did this one last night. Turned out fantastic. everyone loved the crispy skin on the wings. I smoked them at 200 on the pellet grill first then sauteed in the pan with some garlic evoo. As you suggested (to taste) added a little Saracha and tripled the pickle juice and used horseradish sauce tripled as well on the sauce. The sauce was incredible.
