Hi Laura, I would like to ask, if I want to pipe out the butter cookies, what kind of consistency should i achieve? Or would it be okay to follow your kind of consistency and pipping it out on the baking sheet?

I made these. Turned out great. Don't know why I was unable to roll it out,was really sticky, maybe it was because mixed it by hand. I just flattened the dough with my hands and used a glass to cut the circles out. Anyhow they were so cute and delicious. And the chocolate glaze dried quickly. They are nice light treat when you don't want something too sweet. I really liked them as well as my family! Will make again. Thanks!

  27. Rinsuki

    September 16, 2017 at 11:32 pm

maybe it is in Fahrenheit. I highly doubt it is Celsius that is like 500 degrees Celsius that is way too much.

  28. Ong hui min

    September 16, 2017 at 11:32 pm

No baking need more than 300 degrees celcius, that is way too high
