    Sponge cake rolls are difficult. The ones I've tried so far don't come out with the right texture. I'll try this out once I get the chance. Fingers crossed!

    I LOVE this kind of projects for yuletide!! so intensive but totally worth it! it just doesn't feel like yule without doing something time consuming!! :D

    This is such a pretty dessert. It made me think of Hostess Ho Ho's while watching. But a Buche de Noel is far more elegant :-)

    Nice video Beth! Don't French people put a little ceramic figure into their christmas cake and the person who gets the piece with the figure is the king for the day? Is it this kind of cake they put it in or is it another one?
