All oven temperatures quoted are based on a standard conventional (non fan assisted) oven. I don't bother to quote fan assisted temperatures as they can vary from oven to oven. But if using a fan assisted oven, best advice is to reduce the temperature by 5 – 10 degrees Celsius and keep an eye on it towards the end 😉

These videos are amazing! I'm hooked. Are your oven times based on a fan-assisted oven, or just a regular oven? (Does it even matter?)

Tomato Paste by itself may be a little overpowering. I'd recommend a pasta sauce, or maybe a can of diced tomatoes and add some Italian herbs of your choice 😉

I think what you could also do on the next day (if you have leftovers) is use the rest of the sauce, cook some spaghetti and it'll be amazing 😀

Then half the serving again, if that's still too much then half it again and so on. If all that fails, just have a glass of water!!
