There's so many different ways to make this dish, I hope someone with kidney problems or other type of  medical issues, can find a way to make this dish work. Fresh green or red peppers, quickly sauteed, can be added, any type of meat, you really don't even need the added protein, even eggs whites instead of whole eggs or half egg, half whites. It great that this dough base  comes together quickly  because we all get those days when your not feeling your best, and who feels like waiting for a dough to rise, or  finding out that package of yeast is expired. This egg pizza is like a breakfast on the go, switch the all purpose flour for whole wheat, or like I use, white whole wheat. I find the white whole wheat to be a little lighter than whole wheat.  This pizza is a fridge full of leftovers dream, Thanks David.

Did your pizza and pasta was hard, what can I have done wrong? I have self-rising flour. The place of yeast separately? And put yeast to leaven bread or cake? Thank you.

I just love your recipes!!! I am so very happy that I came across your videos!.  I am going to make the coffee ice cream this weekend.  I am from South Carolina, and our bacon looks nothing  like yours, what is the brand that you are using?  It  looks like chopped ham to me, but then again I am just a country girl!! Please Please keep your videos coming!

the recipe is really awesome but my dough remained uncooked twice, all the ingredients were done except for the dough any ideas as to why that might have happened? I followed the recipe exactly as you said, only used regular flour. thnks

    This recipe is AWESOME!

I somehow forgot to buy a tub of yogurt, but I had a tub of sour cream and used that instead. I spiced up the eggs with some Old Bay and Italian seasonings, added sauteed mushrooms with the bacon, and used shredded Mozzarella cheese instead of Cheddar. (Forgot the sauce this time, but I'll be making it again soon).

I assembled the pizza in a 10.5" round cast-iron griddle and baked at 425F for 25 minutes. Wow. It was like a pizza, a quiche, and an omelet in one dish.

Next time: Alfredo sauce base, fresh rosemary in the eggs, and some diced ham. I might pre-bake the crust for a few minutes too.

Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper.
