    i totally FAILED IT. my butter and sugar separated and the sugar became hard and covered the pan. dammit.

    Hi Laura. Love your videos. Quick question…are puff pastry and phyllo dough the same thing? Could I substitute the puff pastry with the phyllo dough? Keep up the great work. I have tried a few of your recipes and they've been all been hits.
