Does anyone know how many donuts this recipe makes? Not mini donuts, the size she makes in the video.

Is Laura okay here? She didn't seem like her usual self (for cooking videos that is).

    Thanks for the recipe, Laura.

I just made these and they turned out pretty well. I would suggest that anyone attempting to make these increase the amount of Apple Cider used in the batter. In order to get the batter consistency in the video, you'll have to use more. I did two batches – the first with the suggested 1/2 cup and then a second with about 1 cup. I eye-balled it so I don't know the exact amount. The second batch was softer but more flavorful and easier to get into the pan.

    Happy baking, everyone.

Made these the other day with gluten free flour. It's took more cider than the measurements called for, but they turned out AMAZING and so sooo yummy! Gonna make them again tomorrow :)

I tried these today and the were great! my batter was quite thick but they turned out okay. I had one w/o the glaze but they tasted way better with the glaze on top.

I thought you said in your last donut episode that you are not a professional donut maker and that you wouldn't go out and spend money on a donut tool and so on…but now you are saying that we have to have these trays? Hmm
