    Thanks Sweetie!  I love the way your biscotti didn't crumble they way some other bakers have their biscotti crumble.  The trick is how you hold your knife, you do it the right way.

    Should you keep them at room temp. or in the fridge, made them for thanksgiving turned out great!!!!
