Thank you Laura for this recipe! I am like you; I need flavor in my food. I don’t usually eat chia seed pudding for that reason BUT I will try yours.

Hi Laura,
I had a huge problem with my chia seeds sticking together in a big clump at the bottom and my pudding is still liquid even after sitting overnight. Please me, what did I do wrong ? I put the amount you said to in the recipe

Tried doing the chocolate pb one but I can't get the peanut butter to mix into the milk and cacao powder at all, it just stays as one solid lump at the bottom no matter how much I try to mix and blend everything together. Any tips to actually get the peanut butter evenly distributed?

Please help! I followed the instructions exactly as they are written on your webpage for the coconut chia pudding and i left it overnight but the chia seeds didnt gel! It was still super liquidy. Maybe to much liquid? It was 1 1/2 cup coconut milk right?
