Protein coffee or iced coffee. Cup of coffee, half an almond milk cup, serving of baking cocoa, dash of cinnamon and I like a nice slow digesting casein protein powder scoop to get me through the morning. If you wanna ice it add some ice cubes to your blender bottle and blend it up. Protein chef inspired

I love breakfast. All my favorite foods are breakfast foods. My go to healthy breakfast fast is oatmeal. I really love getting creative with it. Like you, oatmeal and eggs are it for me. Favorite breakfasts to have are dark chocolate oatmeal with blueberry topped with fage plain Greek yogurt and a little honey or egg whites loaded with vegetables (ratio of vegetables to eggs is 3:1) with Ezekiel toast.

When I'm trying to lose fat I do intermittent fasting – so basically I don't eat until midday 😀 But that's only 8 or so weeks of the year… every other time I eat breakfast and I love your recipes man!

I like to take to work a zip-top baggie of 1/2 cup dry oatmeal (not instant) sprinkled with cinnamon and a snack-pack sized (4 ounces) cup of unsweetened apple sauce. I add one cup of cold water and microwave it for 4 minutes. Gotta stop and mix it occasionally, though, because it will boil over otherwise. Then, mix in the apple sauce and microwave again for one more minute. Let it sit for a bit because it's going to be HOT. It's only about 300 calories. Sometimes I also slice up a medium sized banana with my spoon while the oatmeal cools. (Another 100 or so calories.)

My go-to is pb & banana steel-cut oatmeal with almond milk, chia, and a 1/3 scoop vanilla protein. Also love a crispy-bottom fried egg on Ezekiel toast with either avo/sriracha or humus/spinach

Spinach, peppers, two eggs and an ounce of smoke salmon or whatever protein I have on hand. I also like to make a breakfast quiche for the week. I load it up with peppers, onions, and whatever veggies are on had. I add the protein to a slice each morning.

I really enjoy watching your videos and learning from them! I'm very new to fitness and eating well so I appreciate the tips in your videos. This is one of the breakfasts I enjoy:
    Open Faced Breakfast BLT
    – 1 slice of Ezekial bread
    – 2 eggs or egg whites (any style) – 2 slices of turkey bacon
    – Tomato slice (optional)
    – Handful of spinach

Can you discuss carbs especially complex carbs but what helps me is the normal smoothie I make or if I want something hot I eat oatmeal. Being consistent I guess is what helps

1/2 lb grass fed beef, sauteed kale and spinach, quinoa, and kerrygold butter lathered on top. Keeps me well fueled for my day. Less sugars = less lethargy
