    I made chicken oatmeal porridge in microwave quite often because of these conditions
    1. My dad hates it if the room get smelly
    2. I'm on a diet
    It's real easy, put chicken breast+salt+pepper+instant stock+a slice of ginger(optional but it way better to add) + water> 5-8 minutes high heat (or till the chicken is cooked) remove the chicken, add oatmeal to the soup > 3-6 minutes high heat while you shredding the chicken . Add the chicken in the porridge, little stir, add an egg> one minute high heat > done

    Btw, thanks for making this video, I'm looking for new things to cook in microwave and this gives me lots of ideas.

    Thanks for ur explanation vanity ! I appreciate it ! Brown rice is very easy to find here, but I don't know about chickpeas . . mayb I should try sweet potatoes or cassavas as subs, because I can get them @ an affordable price…..

    *Full Hearty Salad *
    baby mix lettuce, 2 lemons , salt, pepper, extra Virgin olive oil. baby tomatoes, pre cut bell pepper, feta cheese ,
    squeeze lemons in bowl add salt & pepper then add some olive oil mix (this is your dressing) put aside opean bag of baby mix lettuce and add your pre cut peppers and feta cheese and baby tomatoes then shake bag to mix then add your lemon olive oil dressing in bag and shake . all done !!!

    Quick Baked Salmon. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Lightly salt and pepper the fish. Then smear Dill Veggie Dip on top of the salmon. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins, and there you go, Kevin…. Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce !!

    This is insane. You go through all that trouble to make a healthy meal, then destroy the nutrient content of the food by cooking it in a microwave oven while promoting fitness. People need to be aware just how bad microwave ovens are to your health.
