    I'm commenting on the smoothies, cause that's how my body likes to wake up every morning now. It's amazing how many changes your body goes through when you treat it with respect. thanks for the recipe Kristina, love you.

    Fruit should be slightly UNRIPE – unripe fruit has higher ENZYME content promoting better digestion .
    RIPE fruit = too much sugar – you won't loose weight eating high sugar fruit and it will make you hyperactive , like Kristina .

    This video is great! It helps me remember of the time when my cousin used Fenoboci Diet Plan to lose 19 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Most of us want to lose fat, however we also require to remain nutritious, and that is what Fenoboci Diet Plan given.

    I've been reading a lot about fruit juices and I found that when you blend the fruits, the sugar is separated from the fibers, so the sugar will go as a normal (bad) sugar into your system. So we should not blend fruits, I'd like to hear your comments :)

    I have a bowel disorder so I have a bloated belly all the time and I hate it!

    this looks soooo awesome and delicious. I unfortunatley just went shopping, so Ill have to wait till next month to try these smoothies. Me n my man love smoothies ,but Ill have to fix this for him n sneak the Kale in.lol. He buys those Dole frozen fruit  for smoothies n adds milk n ice cream. its good but I  am interested in yours.

    I don't mind green at all. I actually use a mushroom, kale, bok choy, and celery as my base and I switch up my fruits.
